House of Metamorphosis (HOM) provides twenty-four hour, long-term, residential alcohol and other drug treatment services to the community (applicants must be 18 years or older). HOM is committed to providing substance abuse treatment services to a large diverse population. Based on the foundation of the therapeutic community model, HOM provides substance abuse education, prevention, mental health, and residential treatment services and other supportive services to facilitate the individuals' successful re-entry into society as productive citizens.
