Catalyst is a Providence Community Services program. Catalyst receives funding from the California Mental Health Services Act, which provides increased funding for a wide range of behavioral health, substance abuse and social services for underserved populations. Over half of the funding goes towards Full Service Partnerships, which provide services that promote Recovery and Resilience through comprehensive, integrated, consumer driven, strength-based care based on a ' whatever it takes' approach.
